Frequently asked questions
When does the review request go out?
It waits the number of days you set after delivery. If the customer doesn't review, one reminder follows; if they do, nothing else is sent.
Will it break my theme?
No. Yorumix doesn't edit your theme files; it runs as a Shopify theme app extension. Uninstall it and the blocks disappear with it.
Can I hide negative reviews?
You can publish, hide or reply to any review. We suggest replying: a store that fixes problems looks more trustworthy than one with no criticism at all.
Can customers opt out of emails?
Yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and that person never gets another request from your store.
Will stars show up in Google?
We add the rating in the format Google reads. Whether it appears in search results is Google's call and usually takes a few weeks.
